COVID-19 is causing economic fallout across the United States and the state. With so many out of work due to closures, food insecurity is increasing exponentially, even for individuals in Northwest Louisiana whom have never needed our help before.  We’ve almost doubled the number of clients we serve at Mobile Pantries, have seen a 35% increase in the amount of food we are distributing, and are distributing an average of 1,000 meals weekly for children that are out of school.
