Agencies

If you would like to become one of our agencies....

We are always in need of developing more Community Partners to help in our fight against hunger in our area. Our biggest need is in the rural areas of Northwest Louisiana. If you are interested in becoming one of our agencies please look over the documents below and feel free to contact our Agency Relations and Programs Coordinator, Marleah Walker, at 318-675-2400 ext.108 or email her at agencyrelations@foodbanknla.org.    

What do I need to do to become an agency?

 

 

If you ARE one of our agencies....

Thanks to the over 120 of our Community Partners that share in the mission of our Food Bank.  We want to help provide you with the tools you need to perform you daily operations, below you will find these tools.

Please remember to fill out and EMAIL your *Monthly Report Form by the 5th of each month to agencyrelations@foodbanknla.org or your agency will be placed on hold. The Agency Shopping list is also listed below. The new shopping list is posted every Thursday evening.

 2. Complete the form.(Click here for a cheat sheet to help guide you in filling out the form.)      

3. Save your completed monthly report to your computer      

4. Attach to email      

5. Send email to agencyrelations@foodbanknla.org
